This version of watermarking can be applied to film prints, trailers, and other film based elements. If the image is pirated, and released on the web or on a disc, Deluxe can decrypt and report the location where that pirated print originated.

DVD and video screeners (Academy screeners or Promotional screeners) are subject to piracy. FCT Data allows customers to identify the source of a pirated copy. Screener packaging and fulfillment services are available from our secure, state-of-the-art distribution centers in Los Angeles and Toronto.

Webwatch™ are custom services designed to crawl the Internet, and search for the use of feature films or television programs that have been illegally made available via P2P and file sharing programs.

StreetWatch™ service provides a detailed forensic analysis of DVDs that are sold on street corners. A StreetWatch™ Report analyzes the content, disk, artwork/graphics and physical characteristics to help link to the source of manufacturing. If an FCT -Watermark is present on the pirated disk, we can quickly identify the source of the theft.
