President, Deluxe Post Production
William leads the Deluxe Post Production businesses that include global color-grading and post house EFILM; the Deluxe operations in Toronto, Spain, and India; as well as the award-winning UK creative agency Editpool. He also heads Deluxe Animation and Stereo D, the 2D-3D conversion company he co-founded in 2009. William manages a worldwide workforce of over 1600 employees, holds reviews with filmmakers and clients, and ensures the company remains at the forefront of innovation and service for creators of film, television, and digital entertainment.
As someone who lives, breathes, and dreams about film, William’s resume and accomplishments reflect a passionate film buff. He began his career at Davis Entertainment and later co-founded Blue Star Entertainment, a production company. After Blue Star signed an overall producing deal with Revolution Studios, William produced "The Messengers" and "Little Black Book." Other studio deals led to work on "Role Models," "Daddy Day Camp," and the TBS comedy, "Are We There Yet?" In 2015 he served as Producer on “Truth” starring Robert Redford and Cate Blanchett.
At Stereo D, he has overseen its steady growth from 15 employees to become a leader in high-quality conversion and augmentation visual effects house, with their work on such films as "Avatar," "Thor," "Titanic in 3D," "The Avengers," "Star Trek: Into Darkness," "Jurassic Park 3D," "Pacific Rim," "Godzilla," "Guardians of the Galaxy," "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and "Blade Runner: 2049," “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” Black Panther,” and “Ready Player One,” among many others.
William’s love for the entertainment industry stems from his love of film. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
