Data Protection Notice

This Data Protection Notice aims to give you information on how your personal data (i.e. information that directly or indirectly identifies you) is processed by Deluxe 142 Limited (Deluxe). For the purposes of European data protection laws, Deluxe is the controller of your personal data. Deluxe collects certain personal data including your contact information (such as, your name and email address) and any information which may be voluntarily disclosed by you in the course of our communications. Deluxe processes your personal data for the purpose of contacting you to provide you with information about our services and administering our relationship. Deluxe’s legal basis for processing is its legitimate interest in developing its business and marketing to potential customers. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is carried out for Deluxe’s legitimate interest. Deluxe may disclose certain personal data for the above purposes to the following recipients: (i) its service providers (e.g., IT service providers) or (ii) as required or permitted by law or (iii) to its affiliates. Deluxe has obtained your personal data from data supplier, Birds Eye Marketing Ltd. trading as UK Datahouse. Deluxe may disclose personal data for the above purposes to recipients (including affiliates) located in countries outside of the EEA, including in the U.S., which may not have data privacy laws equivalent to those in the EEA, but will put in place the necessary safeguards as required by European data protection laws.

Under applicable European data protection laws, you may have a right to (subject to a limited number of exceptions): (i) request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, (ii) obtain restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal data, and (iii) ask for a copy of your personal data to be provided to you, or a third party, in a digital format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data with your local data protection authority. Deluxe will retain your personal data for up to 12 months or for as long as required for us to perform any service or conclude any discussions which may arise during such 12 months or comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
